Lotus Gardens Yoga School Expands to Canton

Lotus Gardens Yoga School celebrates its 10th anniversary by expanding into the Hartford area with a branch location at the Yoga Center of Collinsville.

Lara Azzarito Ward, Director of Lotus Gardens Yoga School, will bring Finding the Jewel Within yoga class on Tuesday, June 14 from 1-2pm. A $15 suggested donation is asked for with all proceeds to benefit the Grace Rocks Foundation, a not-for-profit organization supporting families with children afflicted with brain tumors.

Preceding the workshops from noon-1pm will be a free Meet & Greet to discuss Lotus Gardens’ 200-hour yoga teacher-training programs that will be held at the center this fall. Lotus Gardens Yoga School offers one of the nation’s first comparative theory 200-hour yoga teacher-training programs covering several of the major styles of yoga in the U.S. today. Participants will also learn therapeutic techniques for working with common injuries, diseases, and specialties. Join us at the sun-lit studios along the Farmington River in the hip and conscious community of Collinsville/Canton.

Upcoming Lotus Gardens Yoga School offerings are with Director, Lara Azzarito Ward, who is a 20-year experienced yoga teacher and founder of Lotus Gardens. Pre-registration for classes is recommended.  For more information see www.lotusgardensyoga.com or call 860-354-6241.
