Annual Apple Harvest Festival

Annual Apple Harvest Festival

The Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the 37th Apple Harvest Festival on October 15-16, from 10am-5pm at Riverfront Park, 300 Welles Street in Glastonbury.

The Glastonbury 'Applefest' is noted as the best and last of Connecticut's festival season. The well-known festival features live music, more than 150 craft booths, fabulous food, a pie eating contest, a pie bake-off, amusement rides, pony rides, and family entertainment. Attending this family-oriented event has become a tradition for adults, seniors, teenagers, college students, and parents with young children living in Glastonbury and surrounding towns in Greater Hartford.

The 10th Anniversary Festival 5K Road Race, with a 1K Youth Race and a Kidz Fun Run, takes place on Sunday morning, October 16, just prior to the opening of the Apple Festival.

Free parking for the Apple Harvest Festival is available at 180 & 200 Glastonbury Boulevard (adjacent to Somerset Square). Shuttle buses will transport people to and from the festival grounds approximately every 10 minutes. Register for the 5K online at
