Training for Compassionate End of Life Assistance

Training for Compassionate End of Life Assistance

On November 7 and 8, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. a workshop, developed by the Clear Light Society, will be facilitated by Melissa Lewis, RN, BSN.

The workshop is concerned specifically with the final hours of a dying person and intended to assist the old, the sick and the dying.

A free talk “Finding Peaceful Heart, Clear Mind Amidst Life-threatening Illness” will be held by Clear Light Society’s CT Community Educator, Melissa Lewis, RN, BSN at the Downtown Hartford Library on October 5 at 7 p.m.

The Moment of Death training weekend will train participants in how to meld the consciousness of yourself, that of the dying person, and other family members into a powerful clear unity flowing inexorably toward the moment which may be considered to be life’s greatest spiritual opportunity- the moment of the great light of death.

This practice, which brings Peaceful Heart and Clear Mind to all involved, is non-sectarian and of universal applicability.

For more information or to register, call Melissa at 860-529-2933 or email [email protected].
