Mindful Actions Offers Transformative Weekend Intensives

Mindful Actions is a growing practice currently home to three therapists passionate about helping clients. Lead therapist Ed Federici is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 30 years of practice. Cate Granato, a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializes in working with all the kids in the practice. Tom Morris, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, works with a range of teens, couples and individuals.

Federici’s enthusiasm for helping people create change is leading him to offer Transformational Weekend Intensives. Attendees will come to the weekends ready to do work with the intention to creatively and profoundly make changes and shifting patterns to align them with the success they are capable of achieving. They will work on manifesting their goals to their fullest potential.

Transformational Weekend Intensives are being offered July 14-15, September 15-16 and November 10-11. The schedule is Saturday from 9am to 9pm, Sunday 9am to 4pm, and will include light snacks and drinks as well as breaks for lunches and dinner. Seating is limited to ensure a personal experience for each person attending. The cost for the weekend is $275 per person. Early bird price is available if booking a month in advance. $100 deposit required to hold the spot.

Federici skillfully uses many modalities to guide clients through issues including anxiety, depression, infidelity, goal setting and coaching. In addition to traditional talk therapy, Federici takes a unique active approach to assessment, teaching and problem solving by using his large office to create visual representations of family and personal dynamics to help clients really see and feel roadblocks that are getting in their way.
